Q.  Why a house instead of a hotel room?

A. 
1.  Comfort - These wonderful homes offer more space than any hotel room.
      2.  Convenience - Minutes from Walt Disney Worl, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shops restaurants and
                                    much, much more.
      3.  Cost - Rent a whole house for less than a moderate hotel room.  Share the costs with other family members
                      or friends.
      4.  Privacy -  When you need a break from  the crowds and hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the house amenities.
      5.  Meals -  You have a choice.  Our kitchens are fully equipped; cookware, dishes, utensils and much more.  You
                           can cook a meal, order in a meal or go out to eat. 

 Q.  What do I need to bring?
 A.  
All kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linens are provided.  Therefore, bring your clothing and toiletries. 

Q.   Should I bring food?
A.   
Food can by purchased at  nearby grocery stores.

Q.   Can I bring my pet?
A.  
No, pets are not allowed

Q.  What is the smoking policy?
A.  
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house.  You may smoke on the outside areas (i.e. patios, verandas, porches)



Q.   What type of baby equipment can you provide?
A.  
A crib, pack & play, highchair, and stroller are available upon request at no additional cost.

Q.   How do I make a reservation?
A.  
Contract us by email andinvestments@comcast.net,  telephone 1-888-889-8432 or the "Contract Us" page on
       this website with the dates you would like to reserve.

Q.   Is a deposit required?
A.  
Yes,  a $500.00 deposit is required to reserve the dates desired.  The balance is due 60 days prior to your stay.
Q.   What type of payments do you accept?
A.  
We accept major credit cards, Paypal, personal checks, business checks and money orders.

Q.   What is your cancelation policy?
A.  
You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your stay.  After this point, your deposit is non-refundable.

Q.   Do you require a security deposit?
A.  
No, we do not require a security deposit, but we do required a credit card account number.  We place a $500.00
       HOLD ONLY until confirmation of no damage from our property management company.  In the unlikely event
       that  damage is found, we will contact you prior to charging your credit card.
